In this section we go into the ideas surrounding
"Makeup or Make over"
"Makeup" is what we use to cover-up a problem
with our faces and bodies. A "Make over" could
still be a use for make up but it's also a perfect way
to change how you use make up and what you do to your
beautiful skin.
Makeup: Dull complexion, dry skin & no
vibrant
spunk in you attitude.
Make over: It's time for a full out body pampering.
I suggest a St. Ives body scrub or Bath & Body Works
Cocoa Foot Scrub. It's affordable and does a great job
at removing dead dull skin and moisturizing the healthy
skin underneath. A scrub gives you healthy glowing skin.
There is one VERY important note to using a scrub on your
face. Be very very careful not to rub to hard or to much
on your face. The effects of this could be painful to
your delicate facial skin.
Makeup: Sore feet, aching legs and calves.
Make over: Massage your feet with a foot scrub
and then wash away any residue from the scrub and give
yourself a length foot bath. After a while dry your feet
thoroughly and then apply Bath & Body Works Cocoa Foot
and Body Cream (I love creams! Especially cocoa creams!!).
My best friend and roommate Nick also agrees with my love
of body creams and moisturizing foot / body scrubs.

Saturday night show "Reality is a Drag" at Aqua
Night Club.
Just one more note all this can be time consuming and
I have to admit sometimes I have no time or energy so
I go get pampered. There is no better place than Secrets
- A Beauty Spa. My friend Rebecca Schilling,
the owner of the spa, has an amazing establishment! For
more information please contact secretsbeautyspa@aol.com
or visit them here in Key West. They truly know how to
pamper and spoil you!!
More "Makeup and Make over" to come in the
future.
